Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responding to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media
Providing accurate and timely information about products or services, pricing, availability, shipping, and billing
Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
Identifying and assessing customers' needs and recommending appropriate solutions or products
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant information as needed
Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, or logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while providing excellent customer service
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management for resolution
Conducting follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and be able to explain complex information in simple terms
Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer service role can be an advantage, as it demonstrates an understanding of customer needs and expectations
Product knowledge: Must have a good understanding of the company's products or services, pricing, and features, and be able to answer customers' questions
Problem-solving skills: Should be able to identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, and be able to work under pressure
Interpersonal skills: Should be friendly, empathetic, and patient, and be able to build rapport with customers
Computer skills: Should be comfortable using computer programs and software for data entry, order processing, and customer management
