Job Position: Entry to Mid-Level Minimum Qualification Required: Number of requirements: Few

At least Bachelor's Degree in Management from a recognized institution.
Must have proven working experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.
The candidate must look after the operation of the call center, liaising with individual customers and answering inquiries through calls, emails and in social media.
Efficient and excellent communication skills.
Should have pleasant personality with decent voice texture.
