This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Associate at VMV Aesthetics located in Kathmandu. As a Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, processing orders and returns, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
