This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate at Lemon Tree Premier in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and providing a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
