Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Be the point of contact for customers, clients, and potential customers/clients’ contacting them via phone, e-mail, and in-person, evaluating needs & recommending products and solutions.
Create price quotes for custom product requests, including researching pricing, contacting USA based suppliers for product availability, and generating delivery estimates.
Develop and maintain a database of customers and clients using proven sales strategies/techniques while quickly following up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and e-mail activity.
Manage company’s accounting activities.
Generate necessary documentation to facilitate customer order process.
Follow-through on completed orders by reviewing them for quality, ensuring customer and client satisfaction, and collecting payment.
Successful individuals in this position may also visit clients at their place of business in order to collect more information for large projects and develop deeper relationships.
Run social media campaigns, prepare ads for social media, and generate reports based on past campaigns and prepare a list of new campaigns based on past success and trends.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in management or similar
2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, sales experience preferred.
Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written English skills with a great presence on the phone and in person.
Basic math skills for creating price quotes.
Intermediate computer skills to use our platform to create price quotes, reply to customer emails and queries, create product catalog, and research.
Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and growing company.
Intermediate accounting skills.
