Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answering sales calls, emails and live chats
Facilitate clients with their query regarding tour, visa, ticketing and other services offered by Rupse Holidays
Producing and sending quotes and proposals to the prospects
Prepare tour plans and itineraries
Proper follow up with clients via mail, telephonic conversation and meetings
Investigating and resolving customer complaints
Administrative duties as required
Meeting planned sales goals
Research to find the new travel destination and client needs.
Making cold calls, email, linkedin message or reaching out to prospects
Preparing sales proposal
Able to work under pressure with positive attitude

Other Specification

At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, hospitality management, business management
Freshers with learning enthusiasm, keen interest on travel field can apply (experience on the same field with be an additional point)
Preference to those with strong communication with verbal and written English

Skills:

Knowledge on MS Office Package and Email
Fluent in both written and spoken Nepali as well as English language
Positive attitude and time management skill
Ability to work as a team
Negotiation and convincing skills
Self-motivated and self-driven to work as well as complete the assigned tasks
