Overview

The Credit Recovery Executive plays a crucial role in the organization's efforts to recover overdue payments from clients and customers. They are responsible for analyzing delinquent accounts, developing repayment plans, and negotiating payment solutions to recover outstanding debts. Their work directly impacts the company's financial health and cash flow management, making it an essential position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining Ledger of Customers and Reconciliations activities.

Documentation for the Bank Disbursement process after ownership transfer.

Handling of Cash and Cheque transactions on a daily basis.

Generation of Reports.

Coordination with sales and finance team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field

Prior experience in credit recovery, debt collection, or financial services

Strong understanding of financial statements and credit reports

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts professionally.

Proficiency in using debt recovery and CRM software.
