About the job

Overview

The Credit and Recovery Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the financial health of the organization. The Credit and Recovery Assistant works closely with both the finance team and customers to promote adherence to payment terms and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
Follow up on overdue accounts via email, phone calls, or letters.
Provide regular updates to management regarding collection efforts.
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information and financial data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree completed/running
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in relevant field. Fresher can apply as well.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Note: The mentioned position is for the location of Itahari, Bardibas, Bhairahawa, Butwal
