About the job

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced designer (or creative artist) to join our team. We are looking for self-managed people who can work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

We want people who are motivated to showcase our products through interesting content. You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on your skills and prior experience.

Design mock-ups of in-game animations
Design artwork, icons, objects, and characters needed in the game
Re-design the icons, screenshots, and promotional graphics of existing games
Create icons, screenshots, store listing assets, and marketing materials for our games
Redesign the look and feel of our existing game graphics
Help the developers by providing them with assets and design guides
Design, update and maintain our standard design guidelines

Minimum Requirements

If you have at least a few of the following skills, you can apply for this position. You will be assigned the best role based on your prior experience.

Excellent knowledge of art or vector design, colours and typography
An interesting portfolio showcasing your skills and imagination
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar tools
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and similar tools
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar tools
Capable of rapid prototyping and iteration based on feedback
Capable of learning new tools as required by the role
2-4 years of experience in graphic design

Preferred Qualities

If you possess one or more of the following qualities, you are more likely to be selected for the position.

Studied Fine Arts, Graphics Design or a similar course
Intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and UI/UX design
Fond of game arts, comics and typography
Some knowledge of the gaming, art or advertisement industry
Adaptability in approach and workflow
Has great communication and social skills
Able to work with the marketing team and dev team
