Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion a bold creative vision that aligns with brand logiQ's core values and marketing goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, fostering a culture of innovation and creative excellence within the team.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee the creative process for all projects, from concept development to final execution.
• Provide insightful direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creative team members.
• Ensure all creative output adheres to the highest quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay on top of industry trends and identify new technologies and strategies to elevate our client's marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to ensure creative solutions align with client goals and campaign objectives.
• Present creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity, securing buy-in and fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director in a marketing agency or a relevant creative field.
• Proven track record of leading and inspiring creative teams to produce award-winning work.
• Strong understanding of the marketing landscape, digital marketing best practices, and current design trends.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
