About the job

The Role:

As our Creative Director, you'll be the visionary leader guiding our talented team. You'll set the creative direction for brand logiQ, ensuring our work consistently delivers exceptional results for our clients. This role is perfect for a passionate and strategic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and champion a bold creative vision that aligns with brand logiQ's core values and marketing goals.
Lead brainstorming sessions, fostering a culture of innovation and creative excellence within the team.
Translate client briefs into clear, actionable creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Oversee the creative process for all projects, from concept development to final execution.
Provide insightful direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creative team members.
Ensure all creative output adheres to the highest quality standards and brand guidelines.
Stay on top of industry trends and identify new technologies and strategies to elevate our client's marketing efforts.
Collaborate with account managers and strategists to ensure creative solutions align with client goals and campaign objectives.
Present creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity, securing buy-in and fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Creative Director in a marketing agency or a relevant creative field.
Proven track record of leading and inspiring creative teams to produce award-winning work.
Strong understanding of the marketing landscape, digital marketing best practices, and current design trends.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to clients.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across various industries.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative solutions.
Experience leading and managing client relationships.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
