Job Description: Creative Designer

Position: Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

Design and create visually appealing graphics for various platforms.
Edit and produce high-quality videos that align with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Develop and incorporate motion graphics into video projects.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Graphic Designing: Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
Proficient in Video Editing: Ability to edit and produce professional videos.
Proficient in Motion Graphics: Skilled in creating and integrating motion graphics into video projects.
Software Proficiency:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
CapCut
Other photo and video editing software

Skills:

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creativity and innovation in designing and problem-solving.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Experience:

Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with various design and editing software as listed above.
Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred.
