Work hours: Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM including 1 hour lunch break from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM (Flexible till 11:00 AM in case of Interns)

Stipend: Rs. 5,000 + Lunch

Responsibilities as a Creative Department Intern:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and strategies for advertising campaigns based on client briefs and marketing objectives.
• Create clear, concise, and impactful contents for various advertising materials, including Digital Campaigns, Social media content, Video Scripts, Email campaigns, print ads, TV and radio scripts, online banners, Website copy, and more.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all copy to reinforce the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct research on target demographics, industry trends, and competitor activities to gain insights and develop effective messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and promotions for various brands from diverse industries.
• Ensure that all the contents are error-free, grammatically accurate, and aligns with the creative brief and marketing goals.
• Work closely with art directors, client servicing executives, designers, and other team members to ensure that contents and visual elements complement each other and deliver a cohesive message.
• Adapt copy to suit different media platforms and channels while maintaining the core message and intent.
• Assist in planning content calendars and schedules to align with marketing strategies and product launches.
• Present promotion, campaign, social media content ideas, reels and Video Commercial and concepts to clients and address feedback and revisions professionally.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new advertising techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative approaches.
• Working with the media buying, strategic planning team and design team to make the content's marketing outcome popular, viral, targted and result-centric.

 Key skills and requirements required to meet position objectives:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related fields. 
• Zeal to work in the field of advertising in the creative department or similar role. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. 
• Proficiency in storytelling and crafting narratives that resonate with the target audience. 
• Understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology. 
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends will be a plus point for digital-focused creative contents
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative works samples.
