Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the computer and peripheral industry, with a strong ability to manage a multi-tiered dealer network, oversee direct corporate sales, and cultivate relationships with government and corporate leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market presence.
Manage a multi-tiered dealer network, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
Oversee direct corporate sales, engaging with key clients and nurturing partnership opportunities.
Liaise with government and corporate leaders to facilitate sales and discuss potential collaborations.
Liaise with banks and handle letter or credits.
Manage international and national shipment logistics
Manage accounts receivable in line with corporate policies
Maintain and manage relations with international vendors to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in the computer and peripheral industry.
Proven experience managing dealer networks and corporate sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Nepali Language.
