Qualification & Experience:

MBA from a leading International University
15+ years post graduate international business experience at Multi- Nationals, 5+ years leading similar operations in Nepal

Scope of Work:

Develop, articulate and execute business and corporate level strategy
Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down company and that they are always followed
Oversee corporate office and country operations

Knowledge Transfer:
Leading, developing and improving the performance of the team.

Language:
Must be able to communicate in English and Knowledge of any other languages would be an added benefit.

Workplace: Kathmandu
Salary: Negotiable
