Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide counseling services to clients in a professional and empathetic manner
Identify any potential issues and develop strategies to address them
Analyze and evaluate client data to determine the appropriate course of action
Develop personalized plans and goals for clients
Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure goals are met
Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients

We are currently seeking a qualified counselor based in Pokhara to provide counseling services. The ideal candidate should possess cultural sensitivity and expertise in addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by clients.

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Science, or related field
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Salary: 20,000 + Incentives. No Bar for deserving Candidates.
