Counselor

We are seeking a confident, professional, and customer-focused Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective clients, providing accurate information about overseas employment opportunities, assisting with documentation, and guiding applicants throughout the recruitment process. 

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide job seekers regarding overseas employment opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Explain recruitment procedures, documentation requirements, and visa processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the recruitment journey.
• Assist applicants in completing forms and preparing required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment and placement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
• Follow up with clients regarding interview schedules, medical examinations, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Perform other administrative and counseling duties assigned by management.
