Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Student Counseling:

Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying in the UK,Australia,Canada etc. (Especially in UK)
Evaluate students' academic profiles, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable universities and courses.
Explain the country’s education system, admission requirements, and post-study work opportunities.

Admission Process Coordination:

Guide students in selecting the right universities and programs based on their profiles.
Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and other required documents.
Track application statuses and follow up with universities to ensure timely responses.

Test Coordination (IELTS/PTE):

Provide information and guidance on English proficiency tests such as IELTS and PTE.
Help students register for tests and connect them with resources for preparation.
Monitor students' test progress and provide feedback to improve scores.

Visa Guidance:

Assist students with student visa applications, including documentation and interview preparation.
Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Collaborate with university representatives and partner institutions to stay updated on admission trends and opportunities.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
Prepare reports on counseling sessions, application statuses, and test results.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Counseling, or a related field).
Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in counseling or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of the country’s education system, universities, and admission processes.
Familiarity with standardized tests like IELTS and PTE.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, ability to work independently and also in a group, able to work flexible schedule
