 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Y-Axis International Education Services located in Kathmandu. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting with academic and career planning, and facilitating personal development. They will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance student success and contribute to a positive learning environment.

 Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Empathy and understanding towards students' needs
• Knowledge of educational programs and resources
• Experience in academic advising or counseling
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Certification in counseling or relevant field is a plus
