Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and results-driven Counselor to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, organizational prowess and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Descriptions :

Counselling individual about concerned country's visa process.
Maintain daily records of interested clients & other visitors and report on daily basis.
Involve in research activity for visa process.
Handle phone call queries of clients from inside and outside the valley.
Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized communication skills.
Daily update about embassy (News about different current issues for processing)
Maintaining proper records of clients in excel.
Should be able to communicate fluently in both English & Nepali Language.
Enthusiastic to take any kind of responsibility as per needed.
