Roles and responsibilities of this job

Lead and build team for effective team work
Design and utilize curriculum that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served
Communicate clearly and effectively to establish and maintaining positive, respectful relationships to all the stakeholders
Design training program, seminar and workshop to help teachers develop instructional strategies and leadership
Assess or evaluate and recommend educational materials like text book, educational technologies and other educational tool to teachers and school authorities

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3 years effective classroom teaching in any Montessori based leading English medium school
Must have Advanced Diploma in Montessori training from renowned training institution
Demonstrated level of professionalism and commitment to student leaning
Strong organizational ability, initiative and proactive
Ability to work under strong pressure and result oriented
Good IT knowledge especially in use of MS-Package and internet to enhance the productivity
