Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling and the ability to craft compelling content across various formats and platforms. This role will involve developing innovative campaigns for brands, creating engaging content and copies for corporate businesses, and contributing to video content creation. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, come up with creative ideas, and write in both English and Nepali to cater to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute content campaigns that align with brand strategies and resonate with target audiences.
Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging content in both English and Nepali for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Copywriting: Develop persuasive and impactful copies for advertisements, brochures, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
Video Content: Assist in creating video content by developing scripts, storylines, and concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
Creative Ideation: Regularly brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for content and campaigns that can enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure it is accurate, well-structured, and free of errors, while maintaining a consistent tone and voice.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to inform content strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in a agency environment.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with strong writing, grammar, and editing skills in both languages.
Creativity: A demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into compelling content that aligns with brand messaging.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic video editing tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in content creation and editing.
