About the job

Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine social media requirements.
Develop and plan content strategies that align with company goals and brand voice.
Create, edit, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms according to the weekly content calendar.
Monitor and maintain post reach, engagement metrics, and other KPIs as per the given targets.
Design and create visually appealing social media posts and graphics as per the content plan.
Write, edit, and publish blogs and articles in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is current and relevant.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, and Facebook Insights.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and research skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
