Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and copywriting with a keen understanding of how to engage and inspire our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that drives user actions and customers through our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategy that aligns with our goals. 
• Create, edit, and manage compelling and high converting content across multiple platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, ads and email campaigns. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment. 
• Conduct research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. 
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. 
• Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices. 
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content. 
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. 
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). 
• Experience with social media platforms and content distribution channels. 
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly and concisely. 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret content performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry. 
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). 
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). 
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
