Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and copywriting with a keen understanding of how to engage and inspire our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that drives user actions and customers through our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategy that aligns with our goals.
Create, edit, and manage compelling and high converting content across multiple platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, ads and email campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment.
Conduct research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Experience with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret content performance data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
