Job Title: Content Manager

Location: Remote but occasional in person for shoots in Nakhu

Work Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

Experience: Minimum 2 years in content creation and social media management

About the Role

Grey Retention is looking for an experienced and creative Content Manager to take charge of our digital presence. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing our social platforms, and driving brand awareness through compelling storytelling. We prioritize quality over quantity to ensure our every content is top-notch.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and manage posts, reels, video content and also marketing timeline.
Oversee content planning to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and leverage them to increase engagement.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other teams to enhance content quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in content & social media management (at least 2 years).
Strong understanding of content creation, including graphics, reels, and video production.
Excellent writing skills for captions, posts, and LinkedIn content.
Proficiency in social media tools and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Capcut, Canva, etc.).
Ability to work remotely while being available for shoots and meetings.
A Gen Z mindset creative, trend-savvy, and adaptable, while maintaining professionalism when needed.
