Job Summary

ProNexa Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. seeks a creative and video-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will be a key player in amplifying our brand voice online, particularly through captivating Facebook, and LinkedIn videos and engaging Instagram Reels. This role focuses on developing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, increases brand awareness, and drives leads for ProNexa's consulting services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience creating social media content, with a strong focus on video creation, editing, and understanding of Instagram Reels.
• Proven track record of developing engaging and informative video and reel content that resonates with a professional audience.
• Strong understanding of Facebook video algorithms, Instagram Reels trends, and best practices for B2B marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and informative captions in a professional tone.
• Video creation experience, including scripting, storyboarding, filming.
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft a strategic social media content calendar focused on Facebook videos and Instagram Reels, aligned with ProNexa's marketing goals and target audience interests.
• Develop engaging video and reel content in various formats, including explainer videos, client testimonial videos, industry thought leadership pieces, short, attention-grabbing social snackable content, and creative Reels showcasing ProNexa's services.
• Script, storyboard, and film-quality video content. Edit and optimize content for maximum impact on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring proper length, captions, thumbnails, and trending hashtags.
• Write compelling captions and headlines that spark conversation, encourage audience engagement (likes, comments, shares), and highlight the value proposition of ProNexa's services.
• Manage and schedule Facebook video and Instagram Reel content within the social media calendar.
• Stay updated on the latest Facebook video algorithms, Instagram Reels trends, and best practices for organic reach and paid advertising.
• Analyze social media data (engagement, reach, impressions, video views) to measure content performance and identify areas for improvement.
