Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing department and teams, plan, and produce engaging video content aligned with the organization's objectives.

Script, storyboard, and create content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring clarity, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage the end-to-end production process, including coordinating filming schedules, securing locations, and overseeing post-production editing.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and social media, to integrate video content into overarching campaigns and strategies.

Monitor and analyze the performance of video content across various platforms, leveraging insights to optimize future content creation efforts.

Uphold professional standards of accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of video production and distribution.

Qualifications

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., VN, Cap Cut, Canva).

Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and translate ideas into engaging visual content.

Demonstrated experience in video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.

Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and creative work, demonstrating proficiency in various styles and formats.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with digital marketing principles and platforms, with a focus on leveraging video content for audience engagement and brand promotion.
