Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing department and teams, plan, and produce engaging video content aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Script, storyboard, and create content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring clarity, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, including coordinating filming schedules, securing locations, and overseeing post-production editing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of content.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and social media, to integrate video content into overarching campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of video content across various platforms, leveraging insights to optimize future content creation efforts.
• Uphold professional standards of accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of video production and distribution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., VN, Cap Cut, Canva).
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Demonstrated experience in video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and creative work, demonstrating proficiency in various styles and formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and platforms, with a focus on leveraging video content for audience engagement and brand promotion.
