Job Description

Balmiki International School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Secondary Computer Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science education and a passion for fostering a love of technology in young learners. As a Primary Level Computer Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging computer science lessons to primary school students, integrating technology into the curriculum, and providing hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate computer science curriculum for primary level students.
Teach fundamental computer skills, digital literacy, and internet safety.
Utilize various teaching methods, including interactive activities, projects, and multimedia resources, to enhance learning.
Manage the school's computer lab and ensure that all equipment and software are functional and up-to-date.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology into cross-curricular activities and projects.
Organize extracurricular activities related to computer science, such as coding clubs or robotics workshops.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and encourage their involvement in their child's learning journey.
