Job Vacancy: IT Instructor

Working Area: Indrawati Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchowk

Role Summary:

We are seeking a IT Instructor with a blend of technical expertise, social media marketing acumen, and proficiency in English. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing rural education, empowering communities through technology, and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on computer skills training with practical, real-world applications.

- Develop and customize course materials to cater to the diverse learning needs of the community.

- Manage coursework and conduct student evaluations to ensure learning outcomes are met.

- Cultivate an inclusive and dynamic learning environment conducive to student engagement and

success.

- Collaborate with the team to optimize the educational impact and reach of the program.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Multimedia, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.

- Expertise in Computer Hardware, Networking, and Social Media Marketing.

- Strong adaptability to diverse and rural teaching contexts.

- Effective communication and teaching abilities in English.

- Resilience, problem-solving, and motivational skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

- Prior experience in teaching and applying technology in education.

Reporting:

-Directly to the Project Coordination Team.

-Regular submission of progress reports is required.

Compensation:

Based on experience and qualifications.
