Position: Company Secretary.

Required Educational Qualification,Skills  and Work Experience:

• Master's Degree in Law, Management, Social Science or in other relevant fields.
• Exceptional Communication and Relationship Management Skills with a range of Stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to the Project Sites for 20 to 30 percent of his/her entire work period.
• Proactive in managing Multiple Tasks, flexible and open for managing time for working with different teams.
• Excellent, Interpersonal, Organizational, Communication, Coordination and Collaboration, Team Building and Management, and Problem Solving Skills.
• Excellent Oral and Written in English and Nepali Languages including Documentation Skills.

Required Work Experience: Worked at least 5 Years or above at the Reputed and duly Registered Company/Firm/Organizaion.
