Mount Kailash Energy Company Ltd., Sanobharyang, Kathmandu-15, Nepal; a Pioneer Company for developing Hydropower Projects; invites Applications for the following:

Position: Company Secretary.

Required Educational Qualification,Skills and Work Experience:

Master's Degree in Law, Management, Social Science or in other relevant fields.
Exceptional Communication and Relationship Management Skills with a range of Stakeholders.
Ability to travel to the Project Sites for 20 to 30 percent of his/her entire work period.
Proactive in managing Multiple Tasks, flexible and open for managing time for working with different teams.
Excellent, Interpersonal, Organizational, Communication, Coordination and Collaboration, Team Building and Management, and Problem Solving Skills.
Excellent Oral and Written in English and Nepali Languages including Documentation Skills.

Required Work Experience: Worked at least 5 Years or above at the Reputed and duly Registered Company/Firm/Organizaion.
