Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Communication Officer to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative jobs. The role involves handling communications, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, scheduling, and ensuring smooth office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage correspondence, emails, and office documentation
Maintain filing systems and records (both physical and digital)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Handle basic administrative and clerical duties
Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
Assist in office coordination and support other staff as needed

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or relevant degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in communication/ front desk operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Nepali
Competent to handle required responsibilities in highly changing and pressurized environment.
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude

The premises are ideal for running academic programmes in Information Technology (IT), Business Management, Health and Medicine studies and more academic programmes of market relevance so that the college can operate its curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities in collaboration with and support of the mentioned corporate and industry sectors.
