Friendly and down-to-earth in nature who is genuinely willing to help clients
Exceptional is written and spoken Nepali and English
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills

Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
Build positive and productive relationships with clients
Managing client inquiries via phone, email or through online social media platforms in a timely manner
Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
Actively calling them on a regular basis for order and feedbacks
Providing clients with assistance on products and services
Being up-to-date about the company's policies and culture
Maintaining client records and documenting processes
Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manners
