Client Servicing Officer

• Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion
• Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction
• Build positive and productive relationships with clients
• Managing client inquiries via phone, email or through online social media platforms in a timely manner
• Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
• Actively calling them on a regular basis for order and feedbacks
• Providing clients with assistance on products and services
• Being up-to-date about the company's policies and culture
• Maintaining client records and documenting processes
• Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manners
