BrandAd Inc. is seeking a communicative, organized, and confident Client Relations Representative to serve as the vital link between our creative ideas and our clients' goals. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who excels at building trust, understanding project needs, and keeping campaigns moving smoothly from brief to delivery.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Communication and Client Relations Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision is understood and executed flawlessly. You will act as the client's voice within the agency, coordinating closely with our internal design, video, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality work on time while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communication: Act as the confident, professional, and responsive primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, with exceptional proficiency and fluency in English communication.
Briefing & Translation: Deeply understand client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the internal creative and marketing teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals.
Project Tracking: Diligently follow up on timelines, internal feedback, client revisions, and final approvals to keep projects on schedule.
Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain healthy, long-term relationships built on trust and reliable delivery.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the project lifecycle to ensure the final output meets both agency standards and client expectations.

Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of branding, digital marketing, and advertising workflows is a strong plus.
Experience: Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field; preferably within an agency environment.
