Position: Commercial Director – Enterprise Business
Number of Requirement: 1

Purpose:
Strategic oversight of an organization's commerce-related activities, including business product development, Martketing Programs, Brandcom contract negotiation, risk management, and ensuring profitability and financial stability of the Enterprise unit. The Product Lifecyle and Financial Responsibility from development to deployment will be the core focus of the commercial head.

Main responsibility areas

Commercial Management across the product lifecycle, financial models and business case development

Product team management

Product Development
Product and Price modelling
Product Financials and business case development
Market research and modelling per product developed
Product Lifecycle
Product GTM

Marketing

Product Marketing responsibilities to launch and promote the product
Marketing Research and alignment to the product relevance
Marketing Campaigns and programs per vertical
Product Promotions across all verticals and Launch
GTM Marketing planning
Churn Management and Loyalty Programs
Alignment with Corporate Marketing Campaigns and plans

Brandcom

Branding of the Ncell for Business brand
Events and activities following the marketing plans and initiatives
Enterprise Brand Products and Giveways
Loyalty Programs and align with Marketing and Churn
Alignment with Corporate Brandcom and Marketing

Qualification and Experience:

Master’s Degree / Professional Degree with 10 years of working experience along with 8 years in managerial experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of working experience along with 8 years in managerial experience in Industrial Engineering, or Similar Degree that focuses on Product Development and Commercial Management.
Has been in Telecommunication and Retail Market Environment for the past 15 years
Strong analytical and Process management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Able to translate the functional strategy with overall business goals.
Thinks ahead of the curve, considering both short-term and long-term implications when making a decision.
Has a robust understanding of the business – technology & IT, industry, externalities (market, regulatory, media, technology, competition, etc.) and changing trends.
Able to triangulate all data and metrics in order to size up the overall business performance.
Puts customers first when making a decision and establishes a culture of high customer obsession.
Encourages and fosters collaboration across functions, levels and borders.
Committed to getting the job done and takes accountability for the team’s actions and outcomes.
Develops high-performing teams, keeping future capabilities and business needs in mind.
Actively provides insights and recommendations for the functional or business unit level strategic plans.
