Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure that marketing efforts align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Define and maintain the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
  • Monitor, protect and enhance the brand's reputation and image. Lead overall marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to reach target audiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • CMO/ Director of Marketing Manage public relations and media relations activities to enhance the company's public image.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies to build brand loyalty and foster positive customer experiences.
  • Implement customer feedback and insights into marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to meet marketing goals. Track and report on the ROI of marketing investments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, delegating responsibilities and providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance to the MD and CEO.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships or collaborations with other organizations to enhance marketing efforts and reach broader audiences.
  • Match the marketing expenses with sales created.
