Job Responsibilities:
The Cluster Doctor will be responsible to provide primary care consultations and tele-consultations for the largely elderly beneficiaries of GWT in conjunction with the AWC doctor and the Cluster Medical Lead (CML), working in urban and rural GWT clinics and visiting patients’ homes, supporting and sharing the workload in a coordinated manner and act as a key member of the GWT medical team, ensuring that beneficiaries can access skilled medical personnel and receive high quality, patient centred, evidence based primary medical care.
