About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Kathmandu. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong business relationships. They will be responsible for analyzing client needs and providing effective solutions. The Client Services Executive will also be responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

Client Services and Business Relationship Management skills

Experience in managing client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction

Analytical skills for analyzing client needs and providing effective solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
