Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide regular updates to the client about new features and modules
Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
Analyze and resolve support calls and issues promptly
Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized
Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain customer records by updating account information
