As an outsourced Mortgage Client Service Manager supporting Mavin Accountants Nepal’s clients, you will act as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan application process. Your responsibilities include managing client calls and emails, reviewing loan packages prepared by analysts, checking the accuracy of Apply Online data, and ensuring timely and clear communication at every stage. Maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness is essential to delivering a seamless experience for both clients and brokers.
You will also be involved in coordinating with banks, solicitors, and other key stakeholders to ensure applications progress without delay and that settlements occur on time. Clear updates, proper documentation in the CRM, and proactive follow-ups form an important part of this role. As outsourced support for Australian brokers, you will contribute to efficient workflow management and strong client satisfaction.
