Job Description

A client relationship officer, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency have to work for IT and Health sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, email and generate sales leads
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the client base
  • Creating and forwarding proposals for potential clients
  • Follow up time to time and schedule appointment with potential clients 
  • Building positive relationships with clients
  • Identifying and communicating client needs
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
