We are hiring a Client Relations – Team Lead to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve targets. The role includes team mentoring, CRM pipeline management, client acquisition, relationship building, and improving conversions through strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive high performance.
Own team sales targets by forecasting revenue, setting individual and team goals, and implementing actionable plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensure accountability, and foster a results- driven, high-performance sales culture.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including innovative approaches, action plans, and sales scripts to improve overall team conversion rates.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee and manage the team’s sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Identify, approach, and acquire prospective corporate clients and individuals to generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and build long-term relationships.
Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities and improve client retention.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with sales objectives and business goals.
Track and analyze financial performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, and implement corrective actions where needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after-sales engagement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards across the team.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
4–6 years of experience in sales/business development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
Proven ability to manage targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
