A client relationship officer, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and report phone calls, messages and emails daily.
• Frequent client visits inside and outside valley to discuss about requirements, products and other services.
• Building and maintaining excellent business relationships with clients understanding their needs and also communicating to the decision makers.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the client base.
• Manage appointments with clients and follow up time to time. 
• Manage company’s social media handle like Facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsapp and etc. 
• Organize events, conferences and take active participation by mastering the ceremony or through presentation. 
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction
• Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Perform business data driven analytics that helps in growth of the company. 
• Research, generate ideas and drive company towards innovation.
