  • Should have a pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Should know English and preferably Nepali typing as well.
  • Should be good with general computer operations and MS Office
  • Should be able to handle client's queries and process them for solution.

Job Description

  • Receiving calls from clients, taking and processing orders and solving queries.
  • Issuing chalan and communicating with store keeper/ logistics management.
  • Handling front desk.
  • Performing secretarial jobs.
  • Communicating on behalf of the company via phone or email.
  • Maintaining required data in excel and reporting management.

Note: Preference will be given to female candidates.
