Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Receiving calls from clients, taking and processing orders and solving queries.
Issuing chalan and communicating with store keeper/ logistics management.
Handling front desk.
Performing secretarial jobs.
Communicating on behalf of the company via phone or email.
Maintaining required data in excel and reporting management.

Note: Preference will be given to female candidates.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Should have a pleasant personality with good communication skills
Should know English and preferably Nepali typing as well.
Should be good with general computer operations and MS Office
Should be able to handle client's queries and process them for solution.
