Himalayan Ridge Engineering is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer - Structural Design and Drafting to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing structural designs, creating accurate technical drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare structural Revit models and drawings (foundation, framing, sections, details).
Perform structural drafting work based on engineer markups and client standards.
Follow HRE Revit templates, drafting standards, and workflows.
Continuously improve Revit and drafting skills through ongoing projects and training.
Coordinate with engineers and team members to clarify drafting inputs.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, client requirements, and HRE standards.
Support project planning by monitoring technical progress, productivity, and deadlines.
Uphold HRE’s values and professional standards in all work.

Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Preference will be given to those with Structural-related electives and projects).
Solid understanding of Building Structural Design.
Basic proficiency in software applications such as Excel, REVIT, CAD Software, RISA 3D, Mathcad, Bluebeam, etc.
Fundamental knowledge of Building codes, including NBC, IBC, AISC, ASCE, and ACI.
Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, sound communication skills in English coupled with a productive and problem-solving mindset.
Experience
Fresher (No prior Industry Experience Required)
