Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise building construction and basement structures. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Prepare and review project reports, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 6 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred).
6–8 years of proven experience in civil construction, preferably with high-rise and basement projects.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Immediate availability for joining.
