Job Description

Develop detailed designs and plans for building structures, including residential, commercial, resorts, restaurants, and monasteries projects.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Communicate project progress and any issues to management and clients.
Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and durability of structures. Also perform the task of drafting and EBPS form filling.
Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports. Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Ensure the quality and integrity of construction materials and workmanship. Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
Oversee construction projects ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
