Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum 7 years of Proven work experience
Experience in Buildings Construction highly encouraged to apply
Having proven experience on detail design of buildings, cost estimation ,Preparation of Running Bill/IPC, Rate analysis, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Bar Bending schedule(BBS), specification of work
Sound knowledge and experience of Contract Management
Proficient in MS office, internet, email, Auto CAD, Structure engineering
Good Knowledge of Project scheduling, monitoring and its Implement
Proper monitoring of quality, time and cost of the project

Job Description

Must have diploma degree in civil engineering with prior experience of 7 years +
Need to prepare Bar Bending schedule(BBS), Running Bill
Have work on different project of Building having Basement
Need to work independently with flexible timing
Need to solve problem with good analytical mind under pressure situation
managing parts of construction projects
Undertaking surveys
Setting out sites
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervising contracted staff
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and project manager
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
