Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Chief Secretary to support senior management and coordinate daily office and factory-related activities. The candidate will handle communication, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow-ups between management, staff, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage management schedules, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate communication between management, office, and factory teams.
Follow up on production, orders, suppliers, customers, and important deadlines.
Maintain company documents, records, and confidential information.
Assist management with daily administrative and business coordination.
Prepare basic reports and data using Excel.
Handle other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related field.prefer to interior and factory feild.
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or similar role.
Experience in furniture, interior, manufacturing, factory, hotel, or construction is preferred.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent command of English; strong writing and data analysis skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

We are making over 50 patterns of outdoor&indoor furniture . In addition, product aslo cover sunshade umbrrella , outdoor solution plan. We have ongoing HDPE materials in stock to ensure the shortest production lead time, and meet tight deadlines, and ship quickly with uncompromising quality assurance.

DLY (indoor furniture) is 1 years-old factory,ajust establish 2019. factory has more than 40 local nepali staff doing all carpentry trained by 3 Chinese masters.

We make indoor furniture like chairs, tables, and sofas. we focus on high standrd quality furniture,meet standard hotel and restaurant quality requirement.
