We are now looking for a visionary COO who is ready to lead our next chapter of growth.

Job Responsibilities: As our COO, you’ll drive day-to-day operations while shaping long-term growth. You’ll oversee everything from manufacturing and supply chain management to business strategy, ensuring seamless execution, profitability, and market expansion. Some guidelines below, but the role is entirely what you make it to be.

Overseeing Daily Operations & Process Optimization

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer service.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for efficiency, quality control, and productivity.
Monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and tackle bottlenecks.
Implement technology-driven solutions for automation and process optimization.

Market Expansion & Business Development

Identify growth opportunities in solar energy and other renewable sectors.
Strengthen B2B and B2C networks, forging partnerships with municipalities, enterprises, and distributors.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies for expansion.

Leadership, Talent Development & Organizational Growth

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance operations team that thrives on innovation.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning across departments.
Implement training programs to upskill employees and drive professional growth.

Driving Financial Efficiency & Resource Management

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations.
Improve inventory management, optimize procurement, and streamline supply chain logistics.
Work with the finance team to ensure profitability and sustainability through smart resource allocation.

Strengthening Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and production to maintain the highest quality standards.
Introduce lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Academic Edge: A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management is great—but what really matters is your depth of knowledge. More than just a fancy diploma, you have the credibility to back it up.
Seasoned Trailblazer: You have extensive, transferable experience in operational leadership within renewable energy, manufacturing, or distribution. Not to be bound by a number, but candidates for this role typically have 10+ years of experience.
Growth Catalyst: You're not just about efficiency—you’re about transformation. And about getting things done.
Leadership with Vision: You excel in inspiring teams, solving problems creatively, and making decisions that propel both immediate success and long-term innovation.
