Chief Operating Officer- Manager Level

Minimum Requirements: 

• Masters Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university
• First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualifications as CA/ACCA/CFA
• The candidates requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statements analysis
• The candidates should possess at least 4 years Managerial Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/Finance's sector
• The candidates should be capable to gather capital market related information, monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private Equity and Venture Capital
• Age should not exceed 45 years
