Empire Sports Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a top-level Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our sports management Company. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, including strategic planning, financial management, and overall operations. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader who can drive growth and success for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives
Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and clients
Lead and manage a team of executives and staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Make key decisions and recommendations to the Board of Directors to drive the company's success
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including employees, management, and the Board of Directors

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the sports industry
Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a similar organization
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure
Passion for sports and knowledge of the cricket industry
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
